Remember these tips:

Mirror Laughter: Enjoy laughing with yourself by looking into your eyes and giving a boisterous laugh. Write down what you experience in both mind and body.

Car Laughter: Laugh your way to work or the grocery store. Remember to take deep breaths in between each laughter session.

Silent Laughter: Lay on your back, open your mouth wide and pretend to laugh. Extra points if you simulate belly laughter with a bounce in your belly!
