Week 1: Laughter Leadership

Click the download manual button above to download your copy of the basic Laughter Yoga manual.  This will assist you in your studies of Laughter Yoga and give you a preview into our course.

STEP THREE:

Complete these two tasks above and enjoy your homework of laughing alone.  

Remember these tips:

  • Mirror Laughter: Enjoy laughing with yourself by looking into your eyes and giving a boisterous laugh.  Write down what you experience in both mind and body.

  • Car Laughter: Laugh your way to work or the grocery store. Remember to take deep breaths in between each laughter session.

  • Silent Laughter: Lay on your back, open your mouth wide and pretend to laugh. Extra points if you simulate belly laughter with a bounce in your belly!
