Week 3: Laughter Leadership
Listed below are 15 LY exercises for you to place together and create your own mini-laughter yoga class! Isn't that exciting?!
When we meet again in two weeks you will have the pleasure of sharing with the group a mini Laughter Yoga session!
This is your time to PLAY!
Homework for the next 2 weeks:
Create a mini laughter yoga session using five of the fifteen exercises listed above. Place them together however you like.
Utilize HO HO HA HA HA or the Very Good Very Good YAY! Clapping exercises to end each laughter exercise session.
For example, say you begin with Greeting Laughter, laugh for around 10-15 seconds and then end with HO HO HA HA HA to get everyone else to join along with you. This is a perfect way to transition to the next round of laughter exercises.
Taking yourself too seriously is for the birds. Confidence in sharing laughter yoga comes with time, don't beat yourself up if you feel silly or odd - practice keeps the process evolving, so practice away with those you know, love, and trust!
We each know how it feels, so when we meet again and play, we will support you fully in your delivery of your very first laughter yoga session!
