FIVE SEED YUMMY AS SIN CRACKERS

I am a HUGE fan of all things Carol Morrissey and if you do not know who I am talking about you need to check her out HERE.

She is an amazing teacher and an inspiration for health - I often joke, but truthfully - I want to be like Carol when I grow up!

Recently, she led us on an ommazing journey of Surrendering our Sweets and a group of others and I said 'nope, no thanks, no need' to sugar for two weeks (give or take).

One of my favorite recipes is the Five Seed Cracker recipe that I share and often with friends.

This recipe can be found online in many locations, but I wanted to make it easy for you so that you can get right to the good stuff - aka eating them! :)

FIVE SEED CRACKERS

1/2 CUP PUMPKIN SEEDS (RAW)

1/4 CUP SEASAME SEEDS (RAW)

1/4 CUP CHIA SEEDS (RAW)

1/2 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS (RAW)

1/2 CUP FLAX SEEDS (RAW)

1/2 tbs Nutritional Yeast (FOUND HERE)

1/4 tsp Oregano

Pinch Cracked Pepper

Water

In a deep bowl place ingredients and stir

Add water unitl all seeds are covered

Let sit for 30 mins to an hour until ingredients have coagulated.

Spread out onto parchment paper and bake at 350 for 15 mins

Take out of oven using a heat protective glove

Cut into squares and flip

Place back into oven for 15 - 25 minutes or until crunchy.

Let cool and enjoy!

These are fabulous as CROUTONS! I enjoy breaking them apart and placing on top of my salad for an added Gluten Free bonus! YUM!
