FIVE SEED YUMMY AS SIN CRACKERS

I am a HUGE fan of all things Carol Morrissey and if you do not know who I am talking about you need to check her out HERE.

She is an amazing teacher and an inspiration for health - I often joke, but truthfully - I want to be like Carol when I grow up!

Recently, she led us on an ommazing journey of Surrendering our Sweets and a group of others and I said 'nope, no thanks, no need' to sugar for two weeks (give or take).

One of my favorite recipes is the Five Seed Cracker recipe that I share and often with friends.

This recipe can be found online in many locations, but I wanted to make it easy for you so that you can get right to the good stuff - aka eating them! :)
