As we begin the new year, I have reflected on my surroundings and have come to notice one interesting aspect of myself and my fellow humans. We are so interesting as we collect, collect, collect objects, yet for what purpose? To fix, clean, polish, and shine them? To sit with all of our objects and look at them? Do we look at these items with love? Do we look at them with admiration? Or do we look at them with disgust and pity and long to release them even after we have so diligently collected and stored them?
I have to wonder this, as I myself survived a house fire in 2011.
Every item we owned was burned down to the ground and yet, here I am almost 6 years later and we have collected yet again all of these things, all of these objects, but for what reason?
To what end, to have it build up and sit and collect dust? The things that I've collected are collecting in and of itself, almost.
Stuff wasn't here on earth, until we came along and began creating it. I look now into my future of 2018, this year I pick my intention word of prosperity. I aim to create prosperity in my ability to experience memories and opportunities that uplift and inspire others. I aim to prosper in my business, so that I can reach millions of people and help them to understand that they're here on this earth not to collect, but to live with an open mind, to live with freedom, to be who they are and truly to continue the ripple effect of expanding the minds of others. What purpose do you choose to live in for 2018?
